Everything about this Liberty Village loft was tired and outdated, especially the master bath.

One of the most important parts of my work is splitting up my client’s budget to get the most value for the money spent.

This bathroom needed help desperately, but we didn’t want to break the bank as there were so many other things that demanded our attention and resources.

So, to keep the costs in check, rather than gut the bathroom and do a complete reno, we simply replaced the vanity and faucet, toilet, mirror and light fixture and opted to have the tub refinished. With a fresh coat of paint, the result is fantastic and breathed new life into a tired old bathroom.
