I’ve said before that one of the best things about older condos is that they are typically much larger than newer ones. The downside is that they tend to be horribly out of date.
This was definitely the case with this early 80’s unit in the heart of downtown Toronto.
This condo had been rented out for years and when the owners finally took it back, it was time to renovate and bring everything up to date.
There was very little that wasn’t updated; the kitchen was gutted and completely renovated, the bathrooms were re-done, the carpet was removed and new hardwood flooring, baseboards and crown moulding were installed, new doors and door frames and new closets, lights and blinds were all added.
