This project was especially challenging as the clients didn’t live in this country. They, in fact, lived half way around the world.

They had purchased this Liberty Village condo as a place to come home to for visits and when they weren’t in the country, the plan was to have it rented out.

Everything had to be proposed, modified and decided on through email, which was a particular challenge given the time zone difference.

In the end, the condo was painted, furnished and new flooring was installed in the bedrooms as well as sheer vertical blinds throughout.
